The staff was so very friendly and welcoming, especially our breakfast hostess, Terry. She was always very cheerful and helpful and made sure the food was fresh and hot. The room was adequate, but the smart TV was not so smart, with live TV unusable. They did offer to move me to a different room when I reported the issue, which I appreciated, though I did decline. The bed was comfortable, but too high for this short older lady, so I found it a bit challenging. The location is nice and quiet, and I enjoyed my stay. I could get to work without going on the highway, which is a plus. All in all, this was a nice hotel stay.

This hotel was very clean. That is my #1 priority when staying in a hotel. The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable. The area felt safe.

There isn't anything negative about our stay. I would have liked to have breakfast included, but you can't have everything.

We visited Rock Hill SC for a Church function. This is by far the Best Hotel that we’ve stayed in yet! Very friendly and quiet atmosphere. Continental Breakfast Bar was A+ and the Rooms are very clean and spacious. If you ever visit Rock Hill SC I highly recommend!

The hotel and room was clean and comfortable. The bed was super comfortable and I like the switch to Dove Personal Care products. Breakfast was tasty and offered a nice variety of options. The internet was speedy so I was able to work efficiently and without interruption.

We had a good experience here. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable, clean, and fairly quiet. There was another guest that was was very irate. The front desk staff did everything they could to help him, but nothing was good enough for him. I think the staff members name was Mr. Mehoff that finally calmed him down, good job to him and the other front desk employee!!!

This was last minute stay but everything from the check in to check out was great. The breakfast was good and night cap at bar. The only thing in the room that I would have liked was freezer for cold packs. Pool/whirlpool looked great but to late to use

My family was coming into town and I reserved a room for them. The entire place was so clean and the staff was great! They all enjoyed the breakfast and the indoor pool. Would definitely recommend staying here for sure.
